Ready-to-use DNA controls
for your iCS-digital™ PSC kits

Take the uncertainty out of the equation when performing digital PCR tests in-house.

Have you ever been in a situation where the results obtained from your digital PCR experiment did not make sense and you wished you had proper reference standards in place?

To help you regain control over your experiments and increase your quality standards, Stem Genomics has developed a range of ready-to-use positive controls. They are designed to help you understand any variabilities and identify potential errors in your workflow.

This panel of human controls can be used with our iCS-digital™ PSC kit range. It includes abnormalities found on all the targeted positions in our 24-probe or 20q kits, ie. the most frequent abnormalities found in human pluripotent stem cells. (ref. Assou 2020)

These controls enable you to:

  • Check the conservation of reagents,
  • Check that no mix has been forgotten or switched during the experiment,
  • Determine whether the issue is caused by the reagent or the sample quality in the event of a sample with a low quality 2D-cluster well,
  • Increase the chances of success of your dPCR protocol.

DNA control specifications at a glance

Positive controls for the most recurrent abnormalities found in hPSCs

Characteristics:

  • Made with synthetic DNA mixed with DNA extracted from blood
  • Ready-to-use at 5 ng/µL

Indications:

Match the control with the corresponding mix. For example, Control 1 must be analyzed with MIX 1, Control 2 with MIX 2, etc …
